At The Fauxly Project, we are all about exploring alternative approaches, therefore any time that you interact with our different initiatives, including buying anything from our online shop, you are taking part in our ongoing research to explore new ways to return more agency to creatives throughout the fulfilment process.

We will be testing one initiative within our current shipping and delivery policy, by exploring having less frequent delivery days for sending products bought through the site, with a window for purchasing each week prior to this.

 

For example:

​

• If you place an order on or before any week from Weds 25th June on Thursday 5pm and Friday after midnight, the order will be sent on the Friday of that week. 

​

📦 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom

• New Zealand

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order or enjoy one of our many digital products available for download.

⏱️ Processing Time​

• If you place an order on or before any week from Weds 25th June on Thursday 5pm and Friday after midnight, the order will be batched within that weeks orders for delivery. If it is after 5pm on Thursday, it will be sent out the following Friday with the next batch.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• An additional factor to bear in mind in the early phases of the project is that the books for sale are being handmade in New Zealand and therefore there may be some slightly longer delivery periods whilst we are integrating the various stages needed to get these across to the UK. We thank you for supporting us and for your patience in advance if any fulfillment does take longer than expected. We will contact you if there are any delays.

United Kingdom 3–5 business days from the Friday that your batch is shipped

New Zealand 7–14 business days from the Friday that your batch is shipped

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, local holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping rates are fixed, based on your location and selected shipping method.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from within the UK or include VAT at checkout (if applicable).

• New Zealand: Orders do not currently include GST

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with estimated delivery dates.
