REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

As The Fauxly Project's initial products are mostly digital or self published, we will not be offering general refunds on products at this time. Unless, for any reason that your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, or not as described, factoring in The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), or The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom) where we will replace it or offer a full refund, minus shipping.

 

In this instance, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and send images to show the state that the product arrived in, a description of the issue and your booking number to hello@thefauxlyproject.com with your preferred outcome of refund or replacement.
